At Compassionate Counseling, we work hard to act on our belief that you deserve to be treated with kindness and care when you are in emotional pain. It’s easy to feel alone during the hard parts of life such as when others hurt us, we let ourselves down, or plans don’t play out the way we hoped. However, the reality is that all of us can relate to these moments because they are part of the human experience. We believe in the power of warmth and encouragement to support you through your emotional pain towards growth, healing, and positive change. 

Compassionate Counseling values a collaborative approach to therapy. You are an expert on you because you know yourself and how you want to live your life better than anyone else ever could. We are experts on mental health as a result of our education, training, and experience. To us, the therapy process is like a journey we go on together where you choose the direction and set the pace while we go along with you lighting the way.
